Vincent Lewis Hall is a native of Dallas, Texas, and retired from SWBell AT&T as a General Manager in the Telecommunications Industry. Mr. Hall was responsible for sales and revenue generation and had a mutually beneficial working partnership with organized labor throughout his career.

Vincent is enjoying the 20 th year of a second career with Dallas County, serving as General Manager for Road and Bridge District Three for Dallas County Commissioner John Wiley Price. In addition, he is a proud member of the Adjunct Faculty at Dallas College and a licensed real estate agent.

Writing opinion editorials is a passion, and he has received awards for his editorial work from the National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ). He is a graduate of Ohio University in Athens. Before joining the DFW Airport Board, he gained a wealth of experience with various boards and fiduciary roles.

Vincent Hall is most proud of his three daughters. Erinn, who followed him to AT&T; Alison, an Associate Professor at the University of Texas at Arlington; and Hailee, a newly minted freshman at Vanderbilt University in Nashville. He has three grandchildren, Kennedy, Skylar, and Luke.
